Run away art journal page by Birgit Koopsen

I created this art journal page using embossing powders and adhesives (repositionable dots from Scrapbook AdhesivesTM by 3L) to create a grungy, textured background. I first added the adhesive to the background going over the same spot a couple of times and then sprinkled it with embossing powder. Cotton Candy and Bay Area Blue at the top and Earthtone Olive at the bottom. After embossing I sprayed the background with Glimmer Mist and added the stamps from the “Is it a bird?” stamp set.

Love you always by Gini Williams Cagle

The unusual combination of Suzy West Wow colors creates an eclectic, layered layout. The corrugated cardboard shimmers with Angel Wings. The Dusty Attic chipboard was dry embossed with a Spellbinder's folder, and heat embossed with a mixture of Cable Car Red and Skyline Grey Puff. The fern fronds were misted with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist (Apple) and then embossed with Earthtone Olive.
